In a small, light filled space located in the heart of the Aldinga Scrub~ each class is designed to deepen your own inquiry through the exploration and understanding of Self. Grounded in the traditional lineage of the 8 limb pathway of yoga, we help you to nurture the relationship with your own inner teacher and cultivate an intelligent, sustainable practice that serves you. Asana, pranayama, meditation, self inquiry and yogic philosophy make up an integral part of our practice.

HATHA FLOW

Dynamic. Opening. Strengthening.

Connect the integrity and fluidity of each posture with the unification of the breath. We honour this sweet, flowing practice as a moving meditation~ assisting us to create a clear, connected mind and body.

Suitable for all levels, you will be guided through an intelligent + intuitive slow flow that builds on correct and safe alignment, conscious breathing techniques and deep drops into restorative stillness with calming relaxation to help focus and quieten the mind. Each class designed with modifications to meet you exactly where you are, our Hatha Flow practice will deeply open, cleanse and tone your whole body, improve your strength, flexibility and cultivate mindfulness and radical presence.

GENTLE HATHA

Balancing. Calming. Steady. 

Bring harmony to the body + mind and connect with the steady, peaceful part of you.

Very gently paced and interwoven with yogic philosophy, each class we focus on sweet mobilising sequences and longer held postures to create beneficial space, cleanse and strengthen the physical body. With a great emphasis on pose instruction, breath awareness and meditation techniques~ this practice is designed to help you decompress, reconnect and gently replenish.

RESTORE

Peaceful. Grounding. Nurturing.

Our Restore class is a healing fusion of supported stillness, in nourishing restorative poses and the gentlest Hatha based mobilising sequences. A powerful therapeutic class designed to awaken and expand your life force (Prana) and cultivate optimum energy flow, leaving you to feel lighter, more spacious with an open heart, mind and body.

With breathing techniques and guided relaxation - a meditative and relaxing practice intended to bring the body into complete physical, mental and emotional rest. This is a wonderful class for anyone experiencing pain or dis-ease, or for anyone who is simply looking to cultivate a restorative state for the mind and body to decompress.
